Job Summary 

Are you a driven sales professional with a track record of success in the Fintech or SaaS industry?  We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to drive our growth in the Canadian market. In this role, you’ll develop and execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and lead the charge in expanding our client base. You’ll play a critical role in positioning our innovative software solutions to meet the needs of private lenders across Canada.

Key Responsibilities 

·       Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.

·       Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities with private lending institutions.

·       Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.

·       Team Leadership: Potential to build and lead a sales team as the Canadian market expands.

·       Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

·       Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align efforts.

·       Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

·       Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and close deals effectively.

·       Customer Feedback: Relay customer insights to the product team to inform product development.

Qualifications 

·       Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in Fintech, SaaS, or related fields; experience in B2B sales is essential.

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

·       Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

·       Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·       Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Canadian financial services industry.

·       Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

·       Self-Motivated: Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.

·       Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

·       CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software (Hubspot preferred) to manage customer relationships.
