Job Title: Product Manager / Senior Product Manager (Level dependent on candidate experience)

Position Overview:

As a Product Manager at The Mortgage Office, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative products in the fintech and mortgage/lending domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define and execute the product strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the fintech B2B SaaS landscape, coupled with a deep understanding of mortgage and lending products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Knowledge: Rapidly acquire a comprehensive understanding of The Mortgage Office, mastering its features and functionalities.
• Product Strategy: Develop and drive the product strategy for your product areas, aligning with the overall company goals and vision.
• Product Planning: Take ownership of and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features, bug fixes, and enhancements.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure seamless and successful product development and launch.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, to gather feedback, identify pain points, and incorporate insights into product development.
• KPIs / Metrics: Define, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics and user feedback to drive iterative product improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Figma, Productboard, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure high standards of usability, aesthetics, and user experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, effectively conveying complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Prior experience in a B2B SaaS fintech/proptech.
• Exposure to the lending and/or mortgage industry.
• Experience working with offshore development teams, fostering collaboration, and managing distributed activities.

Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000.
