About the Role
This role reports to the CTO & COO and will be responsible for driving some of the most mission-critical projects across the company. We are seeking a skilled DevOps and SRE Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with both development and operations and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our applications and services.

Along with driving core projects, this role will also:
• Design and implement automated deployment and scaling processes within Microsoft’s Azure dev and cloud infrastructure
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management in the Azure cloud environment
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems
• Design and implement observability and monitoring solutions for both local and cloud environments
• Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews
• Work closely with developers to ensure that applications are built with scalability, security, and reliability in mind
• Continuously improve service availability, performance, and scalability

Minimum Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or SRE Engineer, preferably in a High Growth Tech Company
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualification
• 6 years of relevant industry experience (Loan Management/SaaS Software/fintech)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP
• Experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, etc.)
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools (Azure DevOps)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
• Experience with programming languages (C# or VB.NET)
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
