The Loan Servicing module includes the most comprehensive,
sophisticated system for tracking advances in the industry. As loan
servicing becomes more complex, the need to accurately track all advances
on a loan becomes increasingly cumbersome. Not only are advances made
by the broker on behalf of lender, but often one lender may advance
on behalf of other lenders - or the broker may advance for some lenders
and not others.

The Loan Servicing module automatically calculates interest on these
advances at whatever interest rate you determine. As borrowers and
lenders repay these advances, the system automatically reimburses
the funds with absolute accuracy.
Billing lenders for advances you have made on
their behalf is quick and easy. The system lets you know what you
are owed, and by whom. From the lender's perspective, it's easy to
reconcile the advances they have made for each loan in their portfolio.
All prorations and calculations needed to accurately account for and
repay the appropriate parties are handled without any user intervention.

You have the ability to easily view and edit all
unpaid or paid charges for a selected loan. Include or exclude accrued
interest, or simply select to view a particular charge detail payment
history. Charges can also be viewed from the lender's perspective.
