In our continuing effort to provide you with the most technologically advanced and easy-to-use loan servicing and origination software found anywhere, Applied Business Software, Inc. is pleased to announce the newest release of The Mortgage Office. This update contains exciting new features and enhancements that will benefit you and your business.
You may download the update from this site, or if you prefer to receive a CD-ROM by mail, we require that you fill out, sign, and submit a Software Update Request form via U.S. mail or Fax. The updates will be processed in the order received.

| The following provides a brief description of some of the new features and enhancements to the Loan Origination module which includes the latest requirements set forth by the Department of Real Estate of the State of California. |

Download the Latest Documents. The new Online module has been
seamlessly
integrated right into the Loan Origination’s Document Manager to allow you to view and download the latest documents. Just select the document you’d like to download and it will be immediately available for printing.

Federal Reserve Treasury Bill Interest Rates. The T-Bill Yields Maintenance form has been enhanced to include a link that will navigate directly to the Federal Reserve Statistical Release of Treasury Bill Interest Rates to further automate the process of maintaining this information current.

| Loan Servicing Module |
| The following provides a brief description of some of the new features and enhancements to the Loan Servicing module. |
Print Amortization Schedule. If you’re a licensed user of our Financial Calculator and Loan Negotiation module, you can now print a context sensitive loan amortization schedule right from the loan file. The loan amortization will reflect the most current loan terms. Also, if the loan has different note and sold rates, the amortization can be printed for lenders (sold rate), borrower (note rate) or both (combined).

 Import Genesis Files Directly into The Mortgage Office™. In our continuing effort to build strong partnerships in the mortgage industry
and enable you to connect to the companies you want, we are pleased to announce
the new Genesis Import Assistant. The Mortgage Office continues to make it easy
for you to work with the companies you need to get the job done!
ABS, in collaboration with users of the Genesis program, has developed an import utility s o that you can effortlessly import your files from Genesis into the Loan Servicing module of The Mortgage Office™.
Genesis users can download this import utility from the downloads section of The Mortgage Office™ web site. A step-by-step guide on how to use this assistant is also available for download in the same downloads section.
Additionally, the file menu of The Mortgage Office™ has been updated to include the ability to import loan file information form Calyx Point and Genesis 2000.

Enhanced User Security. Although user security has always allowed limiting access on a per-user basis to the loan files servicing tab, it has now been updated to allow you to limit access to the sub-tabs as well.

Keep in mind, your company's computer system simply sends the data to another secure server. Your system is never accessible to anyone, thus eliminating any concerns over the security of your valuable information.
